Booking online

• Online bookings need at least 24 hours' notice before the start time. For anything sooner, call the office at (928) 854-4214.
• Availability and prices on the site come live from our booking system, but a rental isn't yours until the booking is confirmed and paid. Placing a booking holds the rental for 15 minutes while you pay; unpaid bookings are then released.
• You'll get a confirmation email with your booking number. Keep it for check-in and for “Your bookings”.
• The details you give must be accurate, and the person booking must be an adult able to agree to these terms.

Prices, fees and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown per rental length (half day, full day, or per day for multi-day rentals).
• A 3% booking fee is added to every booking. Depending on the rental, there may also be a 7.85% az TPT tax + $40.00 insurance. Every fee is shown in your total before you pay.
• Fuel isn't included. Every boat leaves with a full tank; return it full, or pay for the fuel you used.
• Online payment is taken on our booking system's secure payment page. At the office we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, Cash.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellations should be made in writing by email to info@wildwaverentals.com. Changes depend on availability. We're very flexible, but this is our policy:

• 2 weeks or more before your rental date: you can request a complete refund of your deposit.
• Within 2 weeks of your rental: we'll issue a gift certificate for the deposit amount for future use. Or choose another rental time with 48 hours' written notice, and we'll move your deposit to that date with no penalties.
• Major holidays: there are no deposit refunds for any major holiday, no exceptions. That covers Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Weather and lake conditions

Safety comes first. We may delay, shorten or cancel a rental when weather, wind, water or lake conditions make it unsafe, or when authorities close the lake. [Confirm: what customers get in that case: reschedule, credit or refund]

Check-in and operating a rental

• Check in at our office, 1685 Industrial Blvd, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403, before your start time. Someone in your group signs the rental contract there, and we go over safe operation before you head out.
• Operators must meet the requirements we explain at check-in and follow Arizona boating and off-highway vehicle law. [Confirm: minimum operator ages and any ID, licence or boater-education requirements per rental type]
• Stay within each rental's capacity. We provide a life vest for every guest on the water.
• Operating a boat, jet ski or off-road vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal and not permitted.

Your bookings account

“Your bookings” lets you see your trips, add them to your calendar and pay any balance. Keep your booking number and sign-in links to yourself. We may suspend access if it's misused.

Using this website

• We work to keep rental details, photos, specs and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If something was shown in error, we'll contact you before your rental to put it right. [Confirm: how a pricing error is resolved, e.g. the option to cancel with a full refund]
• Don't misuse the site, for example by interfering with its operation, scraping it at volume, or making bookings you don't intend to keep.
• The site's content, photos and design belong to us or our licensors. Please don't reuse them without permission.
• Links to other websites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it, and our liability for any online booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Liability during the rental itself is set out in the rental contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. [Confirm: venue for disputes, e.g. the courts of Mohave County, Arizona]
